• Vacuum Sealer – Technical Operating & Safety Manual

This appliance is an electrical heat-generating device intended strictly for normal domestic household use.

Improper operation, modification, or use outside intended conditions may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or property damage.

Failure to follow these instructions constitutes improper use.

  • 1. Power Connection & Electrical Requirements

    • Place the appliance on a stable, level, dry, and heat-resistant surface.
Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit during operation.
    • Insert the power cord securely into the AC power inlet.
    • Connect only to a compatible mains outlet corresponding to the rated voltage indicated on the appliance label.
    • Do not use extension leads, incompatible adapters, or damaged outlets.

⚠ The user is responsible for verifying electrical compatibility prior to operation.

Do not operate the appliance if:

    • The power cord is damaged
    • The plug is loose
    • The unit shows visible damage
    • The appliance has been dropped

Disconnect from the mains supply when not in use.

  • 2. Intended Use & Bag Requirements

This appliance must be used exclusively with textured vacuum sealer bags designed for vacuum extraction.

Smooth or non-textured bags will not allow proper air evacuation.

The appliance is designed solely for food preservation applications under domestic conditions.

Commercial, industrial, modified, or unintended use is strictly prohibited

  • 3. Bag Preparation

    • Place food inside the vacuum bag.
    • Ensure the sealing zone (top opening area) is:

      Completely clean

      Completely dry

      Free from wrinkles

Free from oil or food residue

⚠ Contamination in the sealing area may compromise airtight integrity.

Leave a minimum of 3 cm clearance between the food and the open edge of the bag.

Excessive liquid must be avoided in the sealing zone.

  • 4. Positioning & Chamber Alignment

    • Lay the open end of the bag flat.
    • Insert the open edge into the vacuum chamber.
    • Position the bag evenly beneath the sealing strip and inside the gasket ring.
    • Ensure no folds or misalignment are present.
    • Improper positioning may prevent vacuum formation
  • 5. Locking Mechanism

    • Press down firmly on both sides of the upper lid.
    • A distinct “click” sound confirms proper locking engagement.
    • The vacuum cycle will not function correctly if the lid is not securely locked.

Do not force the lid beyond its mechanical resistance.

  • 6. Mode Selection & Thermal Regulation

The appliance regulates the temperature of the internal heating strip.

It does not alter the temperature of the food.

Mode selection adjusts sealing intensity based on food moisture level and packaging density.

  • 🔹 Dry Mode (Low Sealing Temperature)

    Recommended for:

    • Dry goods (rice, pasta, coffee, nuts, grains, biscuits)
    • Low-moisture foods
    • Delicate packaging

Applies reduced thermal output to prevent material deformation

  • 🔹 Wet Mode (Medium Sealing Temperature)

    Recommended for:

    • Fresh meat
    • Fish
    • Vegetables
    • Fruit
    • Moist foods

Applies moderate heat to compensate for moisture presence and ensure structural seal integrity.

  • 🔹 Rice Mode (High Sealing Temperature)

    Recommended for:

    • Dense packaging
    • Heavier food portions
    • Compact compression applications
    • Reinforced sealing strength requirements

Applies increased thermal output for maximum seal durability.

  • 7. Vacuum & Sealing Operation

    1. Select the appropriate mode.
    2. Press the corresponding button.
    3. The unit will initiate automatic air extraction.
    4. Sealing will begin once vacuum pressure is achieved.
    5. Wait until the full cycle is complete.
    6. Unlock the side buckles and remove the sealed package.

Do not interrupt the sealing cycle unless malfunction occurs

  • 8. Cooling Interval & Thermal Safety

The heating strip reaches elevated temperatures during operation.

    After each sealing cycle:

    • Allow a minimum of 20 seconds rest before initiating another cycle.

In case of multiple consecutive uses:

⚠ Allow the appliance to cool for at least 5 minutes until internal temperature stabilises.

Failure to respect cooling intervals may:

    • Reduce sealing efficiency
    • Damage internal components
    • Increase fire risk
    • Shorten product lifespan

    Continuous overheating constitutes improper operation

  • 9. Electrical & Fire Safety Warning

This appliance must never be left unattended during operation.

    Keep away from:

    • Flammable materials
    • Curtains
    • Paper
    • Fabric
    • Gas sources

    If you observe:

    • Smoke
    • Unusual smell
    • Abnormal heat
    • Electrical malfunction

    Immediately disconnect from power.

Continued use after malfunction signs may result in damage or injury.

  • 10. User Responsibility & Limitation of Liability Notice

    The user is responsible for:

    • Reading and understanding this manual prior to operation
    • Ensuring safe operating conditions
    • Supervising the appliance at all times during use
    • Allowing proper cooling intervals
    • Discontinuing use if malfunction occurs

The retailer shall not be liable for damages arising from:

    • Misuse
    • Failure to follow instructions
    • Electrical incompatibility
    • Unauthorised modification
    • Continued use after defect detection

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in this manual excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  • 11. Inspection Upon Receipt

The product should be inspected upon delivery.

Any visible damage or defect should be reported promptly.

Continued use after discovering a defect may limit available remedies where permitted by law.
