All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) following successful payment authorisation.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to extend processing times where necessary due to operational, supply chain, or regulatory circumstances.
2. Fulfilment Model
We operate under a dropshipping fulfilment model. Products are sourced from international manufacturing partners only after an order is placed.
As such:

We do not hold physical stock of all listed items.

Stock availability is dependent on supplier inventory.

Inventory levels may not update in real-time.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this fulfilment structure.
3. Delivery Timeframes (United Kingdom)
Estimated delivery time to UK addresses:
7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not legally binding guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:

We shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to:

The customer is solely responsible for any such charges imposed by UK authorities.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. In such cases:

5. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility
Risk of loss and title for goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier

Theft after delivery

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate and secure.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned due to:

Charge a re-shipping fee

Deduct original shipping costs from any refund

7. Out-of-Stock & Supplier Delays
Occasionally, suppliers may:

Experience transport delays to the fulfilment warehouse
In such cases, processing times may exceed 3 business days.

Such delays do not constitute breach of contract.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

In such cases, obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
9. High-Demand & Peak Periods
During peak seasons (including but not limited to Black Friday, Christmas, and promotional events), extended processing and shipping times may apply.
By placing an order during these periods, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
10. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided once available.
Please note:

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.

Some international carriers may provide limited tracking visibility.
We are not responsible for carrier system update delays.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable UK law:

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods ordered.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where unlawful to do so under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
